Steel skins either side of an insulated core: one solid wall between you and the weather.
Rock wool
Packed into the walls around the main steel structure (Lysaght build). Rain, traffic and summer heat stay outside, so you hear and feel less of them. It resists fire too.

Your home is built in our factory while your site is prepared, so both are ready at once. About 5 months from order to keys, and as little as 3 weeks on site.

- Site checkShare your site details. We check the fit, the access and anything specific to your block.
- ProposalYour home, drawn for your site. Confirm it and we lock in your build slot.
- BuildBuilt and fitted out in our factory, out of the rain, checked at every stage. Typically 8 to 12 weeks.
- Site preparationAt the same time, your site is prepared for its foundation.
- DeliveryLifted onto its foundation and installed. Crane access depends on your site.
- HandoverFinal inspections, a walk-through, then the keys in your hand.
