What does the starting price cover?
Starting prices are ex-factory and exclude GST. They cover the selected model and fitout tier package. Site prep, delivery, installation, service connections, and approvals are scoped separately.
What are Seedling, Blossom, and Eden?
Seedling is the pre-fitted base tier — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, lighting and power, Lysaght exterior. Blossom adds Comfort Pack, Security Pack, and premium fitout upgrades. Eden adds furniture and appliance packages, full premium finishes, exterior choices, and optional private sauna — on top of Blossom.
Are Bonsai homes designed for Class 1a pathways?
Yes. Our homes are designed around Class 1a dwelling pathways, with site and council requirements assessed per project.
Do I still need local approvals?
Yes. Approval pathways vary by council, site conditions, overlays, and service requirements. We confirm the right process for your site before moving forward.
Can I visit and see a Bonsai home in person?
Yes. Visit sessions are available by appointment so you can inspect layout, finishes, and quality in person.
How long does a project usually take?
Timeframes depend on approvals, site prep, logistics, and final scope. We provide a project-specific schedule once those pieces are confirmed.
